A Powerhouse Band...

from the city that never sleeps

Smokin’ Madison is a New York City-based rock ’n’ roll band that blends timeless classic rock energy with fresh, heartfelt songwriting and an explosive live sound. At its core are Sophie McCallum’s powerful vocals and songwriting and Rob Scott’s dynamic guitar work, songwriting, and production — a duo whose chemistry and creative drive have defined the band’s signature sound. Drawing inspiration from rock legends while forging their own path, Smokin’ Madison delivers music that’s both emotionally resonant and electrifyingly energetic.

Now, Smokin’ Madison is a seven-piece powerhouse ensemble that takes the live experience to new heights. Joining Sophie and Rob is Charlie Torres on bass, whose deep, driving grooves anchor the band’s sound, alongside Bez on drums, delivering a rock-solid backbone with power and precision. Theo Moore on percussion adds rhythmic texture and fire, creating a bass-and-percussion rhythm section that truly knocks your socks off.

Rounding out the lineup are Alexandra James on backup vocals, bringing rich harmonies and soulful lift to every song, and Macon Mann on keyboards, whose dynamic playing adds depth, color, and atmosphere to the band’s arrangements. Together, this expanded lineup creates a full-bodied, electrifying sound that elevates Smokin’ Madison’s music to a bold new level.

This seven-piece incarnation of Smokin’ Madison captures the heart of rock ’n’ roll — unfiltered, explosive, and deeply felt — while pushing confidently into new creative territory that resonates with both longtime fans and new listeners alike.
